If you request to reserve a unit 60 or more days prior to your move-in, you will be required to pay your deposit and sign a housing contract in order to hold the unit.



Your selected unit is not guaranteed or reserved until your application is fully approved. To help move your application forward, be sure to upload all required documents—including a valid ID and proof of income—using the links provided via email after your application is submitted.
